For your peace of mind, upon receipt of your order, we will issue an order confirmation to ensure everybody is in agreement and that all the details are correct.

Manufacture will commence upon return of your signed Order Confirmation and payment of a 30% deposit, made payable by cheque or bank transfer to Mauve Furniture Limited whereupon delivery can be expected in six to eight weeks.

Please be aware that we do not manufacture to stock, each item is made specifically for you, therefore once manufacture has commenced we are unable to refund deposits paid.

Delivery

For first time orders, furniture will be delivered on the strict understanding that full payment of the final balance by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal is made on delivery.

Leasing can be arranged, please enquire at time of order.

To ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition, we will utilise a team of specialist, approved and trained furniture handlers.

Delivery is free of charge, irrespective of order value, to all addresses within an approximate 30 mile radius of Dumfries, including; Kirkcudbright, Gatehouse of Fleet, Dalmellington, Cumnock, Abington, Langholm and Carlisle.

Beyond this area to the rest of Dumfries and Galloway and Ayrshire, Scotland central belt up to Perth, the Borders, Newcastle, Penrith and South Lakes delivery is charged at £100 +VAT.

All other delivery addresses; Northern Ireland, the Islands and Export: Price On Application.
